A warming dram or a cool cocktail
In addition to the large, casual Spike Bar, there is also the smaller Members’ Bar where we maintain the tradition that jacket and tie must be worn.
Our drinks list has some excellent pairings to accompany our new menus, including local craft ales, an enviable wine selection, an array of Scotch whiskies – from single malts to popular blends – and the latest in Scottish distilling – gin!
